The plan of attack: use Sand Seal to get close to Vah Naboris and attack its feet with Bomb Arrows. Up at the top, you’ll meet Riju on the top of the tower.

Be sure to check the main floor of the tower to find a chest with a Golden Bow.

When you’ve cooked some good food and made some electric resistant dishes and elixirs, head South from Gerudo Town to the outpost - taking a Sand Seal if you want. When the assassins are gone, head inside. Just be cautious and don’t get caught in the open or you’ll be taking a lot of damage from arrows at once. Close the distance when you see the air turn red - or get ready to snipe them back.Īt the entrance, you’ll be attacked by three at once - so use the statues for cover and rush when needed. They fight much the way other Yiga assassins do - only they prefer to warp about at range before loosing a double shot from their Duplex Bows. As you start getting close to the hideout, you’ll be ambushed by a Yiga Archer. Things are much cooler here in the canyon so take off your Gerudo disguise for some more substantial armor.

When you at last reach high rock walls flanked by the odd Yiga statues, leave your ride behind and climb up the ridge. It’s a long uphill slope up the canyon, so the Sand Seal will come in great use here - just be careful as the Yiga have set traps in the form of large boulders that will tumble down the canyon - be ready to dodge at a moment’s notice. When you see small spires of rock before you, you’ll know you're in the right place.Įnter the canyon and beware of more Lizalfos clinging to rock spires as you move forward. Start making your way directly North towards the mouth of the canyon, and be wary of Lightning Lizalfos lurking along the sands and even on canyon walls. They act much like horses, but you shield surf behind them as they swim through the sand, and make traveling the desert much less of a hassle.

Leave Gerudo Town, and either rent or sneak up on a Sand Seal to get a boost through the desert.
